It’s base mesh was created in 3dsmax then sculpted in detail with ZBrush.

I think you did a pretty nice job with the details, and it’s obvious that you know how to use the brushes well. I think the area that it’s lacking is anatomical structure. In some places I don’t get the sense that this creature has a skeleton supporting it, and proper muscles. Rather, it looks like you put too much emphasis on sculpting sinew and other tertiary details. I’ve attached an example, you can see the difference in the lower jaw.

Yeah man, turn that other head around. I think it kind of looks out of place as well.

Just curious, what is your reasoning behind using Decimation Master in your workflow? You plan on printing it in 3D?

It seems like some folks are using decimation master instead of exporting displacement maps.
