love the skull , which material do you have used ?
very cool I like the skull too!
Hey,
Thanks Magdalena!
This was rendered in using Keyshot LVXIFER, it was a custom material I created to get the shiny look of the skull and blended some skull detail textures. No UV’s just decimated mesh.
Here’s another skull I did a few months back decided to re-render it
Awesome skulls! small_orange_diamond
Here’s another study I did yesterday, from the Hunterian Museum, a piece from Dr John Hunter’s Collection - Two Headed Boy of Bengal

happy new year
Really interesting and great art! Thanks for sharing.
Hey,
Here’s a new series of studies I’m currently doing in my sparetime.
Sloth Fetus - 3480
Sculpted in Zbrush and Rendered in Keyshot.
Cheers
John
your work is just stunning!!!, can you please share your render settings in keyshot?
Hey,
Here is a Armadillo fetus, part of a set of three I’m currently doing in my sparetime!
Workflow is generally Sculpt from Zbrush primitive, use dynamesh to get the rough forms and zremesh for quick topo. Continue the sculpt to final and then decimate the mesh for rendering.
Create a simple lighting setup for this senario and then comp up in Photoshop.
Enjoy the images and don’t hesitate to drop any questions, Like or comment below.
Thanks randygootjes! I will try and get some shots of my renderscene i’ve created and the materials at some point!
