Hi Brian,
this looks great. You’ve got some amazing results with fiber mesh. I on the contrary have some traumatic experiences with it. 
. Maybe I should try it again. I’m not sure whether possible to create curves from fiber mesh in Maya and then attach the nHair system to it. I didn’t try this workflow yet.
