Ok,
So I have a character that I am sculpting and I am using 4R7’s Z-modeler brush to add little mechanical details on his arms and legs.
My problem isn’t with the Z-modeler brush itself but rather what happens when I try to pose my character afterward. You see, every time I finish posing my character and try to return back to having separate sub-tools, none of my z-modeled geometry will keep their creased edges. They just go back to their super smooth dynamic subdivision form.
I do want some smoothness, but I also want some hard creased edges. Is this some sort of user error or a bug in Zbrush? I haven’t heard a lot on this topic so I’m sure that I am doing something wrong.
