Ever since I was a kid I was a fan of this character. I thought it would be fun to take a stab at him. He turned out to be no fun at all. IT was hard to figure out how to get all those arms to look natural. He was hand sculpted in Zbrush rendered in keyshot.

I rendered this dude in keyshot the chunky blood is modeled the superficial blood Is a label. I also posted images of the zbrush sculpt to show whats going on.
