Congratulations Joe, on your picture of the day at e-onsoftware.
I must admit I’ve never submitted a picture for e-ons picture of the day, they ask too much in my opinion. In their submission agreement, you agree to give them the full right to publish the picture in all media, reproduce it, combine the pictures with other materials, rename and reorganize the picture and distribute license and sublicense the picture, in fact give up your sole copyright. Now I reckon for all those rights, they should at least give a huge discount on the next upgrade, or a reasonable cash prize. There are probably many who don’t actually read the submission agreement, as many don’t read the Eulas on software programs, and with those I’ve found they can differ. E-ons submission agreement is at the bottom of their submission form, you have to click on it. I suspect many just fill the form in and never click on it to read it.

Thanks for the feedback. I read the agreement and thought I would give it a try anyway. I certainly did not expect the image to be chosen based on the number of submissions they receive and the number of comments the image received when posted on this forum. I guess that tells me something!
This is the image that was selected. I do not know what happened the the original image that was posted here. Jaundel informed me that he could not find it. I know I posted it, anyway here it is again!

Congrat’s Joe. It is a super picture.

When I entered a pic I read the rules. I felt the same way. What’s the most I’d lose? The pic… One pic, not like they lay claim to everything I ever make. It’s a thrill to be chosen and I think most do understand the rules.
