Besides the ZBrush render, I find the the Max renders even more interesting than the VRay pic. They are like a mixture of photorealistic rendering and an old painting. I am not familiar with 3Ds Max but anyhow Iād really be interested in the parameters in order to try that with some character designs.
I am not a fan of all those realistic renders of human characters looking like a photograph (ā¦might as well look at a photo ;)), so in my opinion your work here this is one of the most interesting character designs and renders appearing in top row since a long time.

Vray is a Maya and 3ds max plugin. I believe when he said ā3ds max renderā he was referring to rendering it with Vray in 3ds maxā¦
