Can't revert Transfer TPoseMesh back to Subtool

I started using the Transfer TPoseMesh plugin to pose my character last night. After a while I saved my Subtool and quit the program. Today, I loaded it back up and carried on, but after finishing it, I went to TPose | SubT but it won’t revert back. Instead, it asks me to ‘Load a file from disk’. Now, some of the info I’ve gathered online say that you either need to save out a project file first, export the model out as an .obj before using Transpose Master, or a GoZ file, and what I have tried hasn’t worked and I’m just becoming more confused. Whenever I try to load anything up, it asks for a GoT (Game of Thrones…? :p) file.

What’s the actual process for being able to convert a T-Pose Mesh back into a Subtool?

So long as you saved the project (ZPR) file then you will be able to transfer the pose directly, as all the plugin data is saved with the file.

If you saved a ZPR file:
Make sure to select the posed combined mesh. Its name will start with “TPose” unless you used ZSphere rigging in which case it will start “ZRig#”. Then press the TPose|SubT button to transfer the pose.

If you didn’t save out the project file you’ll need to do this:

  1. Load the ZTL of the posed combined mesh.
  2. Press Tool>Export and export as a GoZ Complete Binary file.
  3. Now load or select your original model with subtools.
  4. Press the TPoseMesh button. This will create a new combined mesh.
  5. Press Tool>Import and select the GoZ file you exported at (2).
  6. Press the TPose|SubT to transfer the pose.
