Can't install the middle button plug-in for ZBrush on OSX

Hey all,

I’ve installed the latest versions of the middle plugin tool, but as I’m on a mac, I cannot install the required Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package

Is there a tweak for this for OSX, please?
