o my god …it’s great …it’s superv…god bless you
already own assassins creed and…stunning work mate
my brother rented assassin’s creed over the past weekend and had 3 days off and a bag of weed. he spent the entire 3 days playing it…and loves it! i never heard of the game until he told me about it. then i went and watched the online trailer and gameplay vids…wow! i knew zbrush had to be involved. i gotta say this is pretty amazing stuff. video games have come a LONG way eh? i remember way, way back when ‘dragon’s lair’ came to the arcade…after already impressed with atari, intellivision, colecovision, etc. dragon’s lair blew my mind! i’ve since tried to get away from video games since quake 2 and starcraft…because i never get anything done. but, when starcraft 2 comes along…i’m going to be tempted. assassin’s creed is amazing work. great job on all of it…very impressive.
That’s huge !!!wonderful job!! can you tell us more about your workflow?..
Mr. Bahu,
would you be inspired to share your max skin shader setup for your first image with a most appreciative audience???
i had no idea such things were possible…amazing
I jus played the game and the graphics are better then the game… although its a good game the graphics are amazing…

Thanks guy…another one…you can see this suit quite a few times in the game(whith all the possible color variations…),so I decided to ad this one…thanks for comments!!!
Really great … the modeling and the texturing is awesome, thats why the game at the top now … so were you guys using only 3ds Max/ZBrush in your pipeline for modeling ? i was reading somewhere they used motionbuilder for animation if i was right ! maybe maya !!? but for modeling i guess it was Max and Zbrush
You’re very welcome. Is it possible for you to reply to mine? If not, I will understand.
I asked if you were at liberty to say how long you were given to finish a character, on average.
Thanks in advance,
Rory
I can tell something that it is wonderful.
A question???
Do you work with Mr.David Giraud?
THANKS
AWESOME!!!
nothing more to say yet
Awesome work man! Would ya mind posting basic renderer/ settings to achieve the lighting?
Really nice work! You have any wireframes you could show?
I guys,
Rory_L Sure, men…the average time for a standart NPC character was a week, witch is not much but we ad so many to do…for important caracter like target or historical caracter we had like 2 weeks…This was the case for Richard Lionheart,Saladin and a few other in that post …and we took a few lunchtime to do some nice lighting for beauty shots after…
oliver_twist_ot Yes I have work whith David,Phat and a few other very talented guys on the caracter team,I hope they gonna post some day…Mike?Ian?Ben?
By the way David post is very detailed on a lot of aspect of our work,in fact I don’t have much to ad after him;) …exept maybe for my lighting and shaders in 3dsmax,I will try to ad a few screenshots for you guys(In fact I don’t work at ubi right now,so it’s almost impossible for me to have the 3dsmax scene to show you the wireframe ect…those renders are almost anything I got…
