Dear wenna = wonderful CG lady
You are doing wonderful work yourself. I took zbrushing as fun, and turned to be a dangerous addiction. You and me prove the case that ladies can be computer freeks too. Isn’t this something special?
Thanks for your most wonderful support, and best luck of all.

Pinkarman - you are just simply GREAAAAAAT - I love it !!
THX - this is much better than mines. How did you do this?
The little heart took so much time already.
By the way the secret to truth quality painting is in the detail.
Pointilism - is what made me go into art. I asked myself how is it possible that artists can work with such high precision.
By the way - why don’t you try high complexity dot-art with Zbrush?
Would this not be something really special, original and difficult to do?
Just a idea of an overly excited and happy chickdude.
i made all the smilies-thx manually… by clicking ‘n’ clicking ‘n’ clicking on the icons…
a quite long work… but you were worth of!
…don’t say my icon work is better than yours… perhaps my word gives a different impression because is bigger than your heart, but surely THX was much easier… it’s almost all horizontal and vertical lines…
however i’m glak you liked!!
i’ll try dot-art in ZBR, when i have time and knowledges… right now i sould be studing 'cause soon i have some exams, so i can’t study ZBR by myself with the PDF guides i got here; and surely i won’t have enough time until i restart school, when i will have 3D lessons (by the way… my teacher is Gattomanzo!) now i just wonder here around the forum to see and try to learn the wonderful skills of the first 2.5D software…and i open a thread once every several months…
Hello Suzana
I must say that you’re doing pretty good with Zbrush
I also just started with Zbrush myself and i find it a very very handy tool.
You sound pretty good in the scripting part of Maya also which i admire coz i must say that i don’t like this part of Maya or maybe i should say hate that part
I really like your sculpture and texturing test, they are looking really cool…
And great job you did on “Tomorrow we will fly”
Hope you like my lil character i entirely did in Maya Wish i knew Zbrush at that time
Cheers Suz and keep up the good work!!

Hi Kevin, and hi -KDi.
Sorry that I am answering so late, but now I am back.
Thank you very much for the great support.
Kevin, thanks for every single compliment.
I have to say MAYA modeling is tuffer than Zbrush modeling.
One has to think more technicaly, but on the other hand it gives additional flexibilities which Zbrush doesn’t have. I am sure it is just a matter of time until this changes also.
Kevin - your model is of excellent facial expression and personality.
This I can see immediatly, but I also can see a strong potential in animation - did you ever try animating - if not - try it, the posing you obviously have under controle. Excellent work with the model. Now just throw a bit Zbrush on it and it’s finished.
Best luck to both of you and thanks again.
Suzana
Pinkarman - you have such a great attitude towards art and work. This is the first what one should have if one would like to be good in his profession - some kind of organisation/planing. I feel the same and I am trying my best too. If you need any advice or help regarding Zbrush post it here or email me by private email - I would be more than happy exchanging knowledge and helping youwith Zbrush - I need help too.
Best luck and I hope to see some of your artwork very soon.
Hi Suzana,
Thanks also
I agree with you about Zbrush and Maya. They both got there own advantages and disadvantages. But i found in Zbrush an open door.
It has answered my question i have long been askin myself about texturing, mainly the uv maps…
To answer to your question, i did animate. The character i sent was my very first character i did in Maya a year ago for my final project. I really like the way you can animate in Maya compared to Lightwave which i started about 4 yrs ago and which i have dropped for now to stick mainly with Maya/Zbrush and Photoshop.
I will send you a short animation when i have some times…
Until then, Best of luck in ur project…
Cheers,
Kev
Superb muscle-man-torso model!

I agree, but I will add add that those details are not nessesarily always fine( wrinkles .etc). The placement, angle and size relation of the defining planes of the human face is one such example.
Thanks for posting,
Kircho
Dear Kircho
Thank you very much for your support. I understand very good what you mean.
This are understanding relationships between objects in a background, between sub-anatomies (eyes to nose, lips to ears,…, leg to torso,…) as well as putting everything together into one scene.
I consider putting everything into one scene the most difficult.
Hi Suzana!!!Great work(s).
Why don’t you take a look down here:
See you girl,
MattHHH
UOPS! i don’t know how i haven’t seen this post bfore!
Great modelling, feels really organic, keep the good work!
Thank you very much metamesh and MattHHH.
You are always welcome to come back and let me now when you post something. MattHHH - I left post on your thread. I will come again to visit you.
Hi everyone
Just in case some of you are wondering where I am, I am right now in the proceedure of moving to another location. I got a full time job in games (more about this next time) and I am so eager to start working. Regarding this animation I am now working on the conceptual level, storyboarding and learning some new techniques. I also learned alot about music editing.Models which I created and posted here will be definitaly used for my animation.
Best luck to everyone and see you very soon in about one month.
:D;)
my best congratulations and wishes for your new work!
