Here is a head i'm working on, i've started the basemesh for the body too
Everything as been done in zbrush except for the renders which were made with Vray ( still learning it )The texturing is just polypainting with different alpha .... no idea how to make it appear on the main forum thumbnails !!!! Last edited by guillom : 03-13-08 at 09:57 PM. |

Thx guys !
Merci Sokrat ! the shader is really simple and basic , it's a standart material from Vray with my colormap, spec map and a normal map .I used a bump map too ( in fact a cavity map generated in Zbrsush converted to a bumpmap ). For lighting i use some GI , HDRi and 2 lights . I used a standart mat since i don't know i to use the Vray SSS really well |

a little update ...
all the maps are polypainted , the cavity map is just made with zmapper ( instead of hitting the normal map button choose cavity map , the result is just black and white really contrasted, with just your deep details in black ). |

Very cool head, looking forward to seeing the body.
if you want a thumbnail to appear at the top, you need to upload your images or a thumb to zbrushcentral. |

thx again everybody ! glad you like it ...
Thx rubent100 but Rambouillet is way better ! ![]() ok here is the shader for the head, nothing really tricky, just a Vray standartMat . As you can see i used the autoUvs from Zbrush to generate my different maps... ![]() |
