    Default Battle Chasers Fan Art

    Aloha,
this piece was based in a awesome concept art from Joe Madureira for his new game Battle Chasers. I'm a huge fan from the comic and was a great surprise about the game news. And i couldn´t stop thinking about this 2 characters (Bulgrim & Tona) inside the game,hehe...
Render with zbrush and photoshop. Trying a new render with Keyshot and some breakdown pics.

Not familiar with these characters, but it looks good to me! Very dynamic.

    Hey Rachel,thanks.
Now the render passes, i learned new stuffs with the Grasseti´s Gumroad about the render passes.
With a combination of lights from the top, bottom, sides and a shaded base, you can fake a global illumination.
Then on top of that, add the back lights, reflection and spec, AO, a combination of shadow passes,DOF and some retouch with the Dodge and Burn Tool and a color tweak.
