    its great z is getting this feature...i remember the request for it when that guy posted that displaced jeans pic years ago.

    anyway, here is a tool that already does autodisplacement mapping. also great for decimation and conversion.

    That looks like a very nice tool for producing an optimized low-poly mesh from a fully-realized ZBrush creation. But it also looks to be $4000.

    I was sorely tempted to pick up Kaldera last month while it was only $295. But the next ZBrush version made me hesitate, and now there's no rush 'cause the price jump I'd be avoiding already happened.

    Ah well. I'm pretty confident I'll be able to do everything I want to in ZBrush without needing another 3DS Max plugin to do the job.
