    @Derek Frenzo: Glad you do
    @Glenn: As always old buddy, thanks for stopping by, and thank you for the wonderful words. I hope the holidays were what you wanted them to be.
    @RJ the eccentric: I enjoy your work as well

    OKay so I did a bit of an update, redid some things, and started a texture. Its rough but its gets the idea across somewhat. I'm going to do a shirt on him as well, just enough to full the bust, maybe like a hemp shirt or yellow Hawaiian shirt.

    and a detail bit

    and the texture is bellow...Its rough...like no seriously its really rough.

    Default fat viking from a sphere

    Thanks guys

    Sorry I havent been on. There was a lot to do over the new years, which reminds me, HAPPY NEW YEAR!

    I've been swamped with professional things here and there and didn't really have time to do anything personal, and so I haven't really had time to sculpt *gasp* That and I've been playing Skyrim (cause its badass)

    but anyway, to back in the flow, I decided to do a quick 30 min long session before I fell asleep as to try and get back into a flow:

    granted its rough, but I'm just getting back into the flow after an extended break. More to come

    I kept it really rough as you can see. I also don't jump around with brushes. I use the clay build up tool for practically everything so I can just go go go. Granted it was like 3 AM when I posted this so I'm pretty upset with how it came out, but I posted it so whatevs, I'll probably polish it up some soon.

    Thanks for stopping by.

    Default Symmetry

    It seems like you don't always use symmetry, and your able to just slap your work without it. What are your thoughts on using symmetry?

    nicksc: symmetry is something that will force your models to feel inorganic, as symmetry doesn't happen on the human form. I use it to begin my sculpts but mid way through I abandon it all together (with the exception of my 17 min sculpt) If you want to chat about this, my email is on my site.
