    Matthew that is some great sculpt really, great work on the two boy characters. Really nice!!!
    The lowpoly modelling of the interior is looking cool too, are you going to texture it aswell? Great asset for a game level.
    The monster sculpt really great details, especially on the body real nice!
    Getting better and better every time, it is awesome to see your amazing process!
    All the best to you buddy!

    Default another 1 hour sketch for the night

    *Thanks all for comments above

    a quick hour sketch from a sphere, gotta love dynamesh. I want to complete this one I think. Keep it going for another few hours (I'm off tomorrow so we will see what happens) I had fun with this one. The proportions were meant to be a bit stylized.

    [See attached]

    Also I added some color for my other project. These characters are extremely rough. No where near finished. But you didn't see the girl yet so here.

    amazing, the one hour sketch is amazing. how much you got in jut one hour. the skin details look so believable, and i like the mood of the piece too... and, i am watching with interest your project with the kids. good work on each of them. the wide hips of the girl strike me a little strange however, i see that she is just beginning to mature (hope this is correct english word), and think you wanted emphasis it. but to me the hips look too mature...just food for thought for you, really like what you did so far.

    You improve so fast matthew buddy, really impressive.
    the old man looks so realstic great work, that is what I am working for to make them look real and you definently are a great sculptor!
    Could you tell us a little of the skin detailing? Would love seeing a sculpting doodle from you showing how you sculpt the skin like that

    Default Continuing the sculpt

    Glad you guys like it.

    I decided to scrap the whole thing, face-wise. and redo the head. I want to feel it, and I wasn't with that old one. frankly I think I was too sketchy and didn't pay enough attention to anatomy.

    Anywho, I redid the head, with different stylized proportions:

    @sommerlied: thanks

    I've been in a bit of a funk lately, and I can't seem to shake it. I did this in about two hours. I didn't want to dive into the details just yet, I wanted to focus on form a bit. Idk what the hell he is, its just different from what I'm used to do doing, and right now thats a good thing.

    First detail pass coming soon, right now just the rough:

    What do you mean what is it?

    Its obviously a Reaper Husk of the dominant species of the next cycle, the well known slug!

    Good Job capturing it's graceful form!

    @MightyReg: thanks, I needed to do something different other than what I usually do (see two pages back)

    @kyawthuaungba: a sanity saving one

    @dbseraph: sure...and thanks

    @cascardi: No acid just a two trip around my head

    I did a live stream of the detailing process, first one I ever did and crap its boring as hell. Need to spruce up the vids a bit.

    But any who here is a variation of detail.
