    Wink 1st post by me

Hoping to learn more about anatomy, for now, I just enjoy the brushes and features! This is an ET I call Onomaru. I used Zspheres, Zsketch to Unified Skin, Move elastic, Standard, Flatten, Pinch, and some TrimDynamic. I would like to add some arms attached to his back by tubes/wires n such, for now I'm going to practice different styles.
    Thanks for viewing!

TY KaneGT. I enjoyed checking out your RE character, it 's amazing!

Here's some more progress to help finish up this character. It's a torso part I'm going to incorporate into the final design, I just hope i can get the thing to match well with the arms.

Nice clean lines. Is this using polygroups and group loops?

Yes, Zsketch, Unified Skin, Group Loops, and a slight deformation inflate to the thinest polygroup. Then I used Move topo elastic to move the polygroups around. Finally, I used displace, polish, and standard modified on the 'islands'.
    Thanks!

    Default Added large hands...

So far I've only used Zbrush 4. The hands I made using Shadowbox, Remesh, Reproject, Zsketch, Group loops, Pinch, And Smooth, and they are still pretty low on the Sdiv. The Ring section was created using a Primative Ring in Zbrush, using the Initialize and Masking/Deformation techinique, then finally some Pinch and Smooth.

    Default Onomaru with the wings.

Still trying hard to stay strictly Zbrush on this. Any Crits are more than welcome before I start polishing this guy. Thanks!

    Hi there,
it's nice as is methinks. If it was my piece i would correct
the symmetrical alignment of the ring, though, but that's just
    a personal preference.
    Keep going!

Default Added Some color and Pose

I think for the most part I'm finished with this piece which mainly started with me only looking for new ways to create concepts without painting them first. I'm sure I'll come and do a paint over on this, but I feel like there is already much going on here that it could be a mistake to put much more detail in. Also I'm looking forward to designing a new model! I'm going to speed paint a concept soon, that I have in mind, so that I can plan things better

Nice work. Definitely an eye catcher. I like the design patterns. My only question is what kind of texture is the body? Looks like metal or something hard surface.

Thanks! This wasn't really meant to be textured, but I did decide to Polypaint in a little on the head and added some tweaked Matcaps to things to look like metals. I was going for an RPG style enemy character. I'm glad someone liked it, haha.
