You sure couldnt make a sculpt of lets say Donald Duck witout having Disney's attotneys on your back,
and here: is it ilegal but just kind of tolerated?
or is it legal as long as you don't sell it?

It's Just Fan Art, I don't plan on selling anything. If I did then that is illegal without a license and consent. If for some reason he was offended I would take post down immediately since that would be the last thing I would want from someone I respect.
