Default pointpusher Sketchbook (2 new VID onpage 31)

Starting a new sketchbook thread. In this first post, the demon is a newer model and the hulk and ludite models are older. The Hulk sketch was inspired by a drawing from Mr. Mel Milton. There are some process videos for the demon down below.

Was about time we got a sketchbook from you Danny
No crits for now, I was about to comment on the demon, as I felt it was hard to figure out the face on the model, but it works really well with the texture applied.

    Default AWesome WORK!!

Great characters!! Gotta ask though, on the demon in Zbrush (after watching the 3rd video sculpting) i wonder. How many subtools do you have on the demon? Looks like arms, head, legs, torso might all be seperate subtools? And do you leave them that way til you retop? In another program? VERY nice work. Just curious of your process, the transitions are pretty seamless if you do have them on seperate subtools. Cant wait to see MORE!!

    Default Thanks guys!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone!

@ Marcelo_Alves Sorry man, I didn't make any videos for the hulk.

@ GrizzlyJake I made two other little movies about that process (retopo in topogun and re-projection in ZB) check em out:

Here is a new character I'm working on now, with a couple of process movies below. Also, we started a new blog for 1 - 2 hour sessions and studies at: http://lunchcrunch.blogspot.com/.

That's what the process movies are for, there are lots of Zbrush timelapse movies popping up over there, check it out when you can, and if you'd like to join us, just follow the directions on the blog!
