You should pay a bit more attention to the curved shape of the eyelids (what direction they go).

The beard blow the lower lip also uses a wrong shape (it is more triangular in the reference image). But you have improved shape of face/head with the breadth ratio of jaw to mouth in your last image.

The upper lip beard is more straight, not as curved as your tool. Hair emerges in a stronger wave (stands up a longer distance from the roots until it falls asides).

The jaw is not as round as shown in your tool. Watch the bone shape/jaw border in the photography. The lower border of the mandible is a rather straight line up to were it emerges from the zygomatic and temporal.

On the photography, the lower eyelids seem to shape a single curve as viewn from a lateral dissection, as your tool is showing two separated curves. The lower eyelids emerge too far from the eye itself, almost a kind of plateau. Watch a mirror how your eyelids are working with the eyeball. Draw them out, look at the structure and let them fall back how the'll behave.

i think one issue youre having is that you made the eye balls too big. its one of those things that gets people in the beginning. they could be slightly larger than the socket itself. and the midpoint (radius whatever) at the outside corner of the lid... what i mean is, the eyeball is half in and half out of your face from the out edge of the lids. that could be throwing off your eyeshape making the eyes in general look a little big. plus, his noes bridge could be thicker. but your getting there.
