    Great work on the details.

I've just been looking around more to learn more about what these beasts may have looked like. I found there exists a couple of small examples of T-Rex skin and it looks like Turkey skin more or less.

Then I find today an article about the Yutyrannus huali found in China recently, a progenitor to the T-Rex that lived 60 million years earlier. It was covered with fuzz basically, I image that looked like the Down feathers on modern birds. Now they think it's possible that the T-Rex may have looked the same. The skin would indicate it may have looked furry and covered in downy feathers. Quite a different look than has been represented until now.

The Grayscale one is from the underside of the base of the tail. From the size of the bumps in the skin, they may have had feathers a lot like a turkey except from what I can gather the early feathers were short and fluffy. Would be interesting to see what one looked like if they did have those feathers all over the body.

Awesome. I really like how the smaller details seem to be placed very specifically rather than just 'better put some more in here'. I'm still at the stage where I get that wrong a lot

    Cheers,
    Brian
