    Default Land Shrimp

    ICON

    Hey people!

I was recently asked to do a subterranean monster for 3dCreative Magazine, so here's the model that came out of it: The Land Shrimp.

I also made a tutorial that will be presented with the model in the December 2010 issue of their magazine: http://www.3dcreativemag.com/

This model is completely done in Zbrush 4 using the Shadowbox and the ZSphere for the basemesh, Polypaint and Spotlight for the texture and BPR for the renders.

Note: This turntable can be view in HD!

    Hope you like it!

Of course, at this this point I would also suggest deep fry and garlic!

    Thanks for the comments!

That's badass Marc-O! It would be super cool to see some of those creepy limbs moving a bit (even if just a little) in the turntable. Any plans of doing that?

Thanks guys! Always nice to hear from you

@ZWolf: That is some epic idea that needs to be taken in consideration!

@npantic: Thanks for the comments! A good pedestal is always a good way to give the model more personality... explains a lot of the environment.

Fantastic looking. I subscribe to that mag, and it seems to have been a little Zbrush light of late. I look forward to this issue coming out.
