nice, but i believe you can make the "fear" recognizable. at the moment it seems more like yawning to me

some things i'd change:

• lower eyelids too closed. the fear is in the eyes; fear grimace is eyes wide open. this is more like pain
• the eyebrows are cartoony in shape. in fact, raising inner corners of the eyebrows is way too drastic (link)
• even small kids get wrinkles in extreme expressions (link1, link2)
• the nose seems to be in "relaxed" emotion, mainly its about nostrils
• the teeth seem too small
• and hey, you need the inner mouth detailed [:
