Great model, has a nice weight to it. Not sure about the chromatic ab. looks real but is a bit distracting, maybe calm it down a bit.
Its also a bit monochrome, like it's a cave dweller, a few touches of a darker colour here and there at the tips of appendages, would make it less uniform.
Very impressive none the less.

i think handlebar is right in saying calm it down a bit, but still suits the render !

Really great stuff ! The last render is awesome, it seems real !

But i have a small question for you concerning the last image. How did you do the chromatic aberration? I like the way it gives a special feeling to your image.

I think it's great and that it looks like a real creature that actually exists somewhere. I almost feel like I want to eat it because it looks like an exotic shrimp or crab. I agree with handlebars comment about the colors.
