You really master smooth and detailed modeling. Could you share some visible wireframe screenshots?

Absolutely:

Tool Settings

I put my brush strength to max, but keep my detail relatively low. To get more detail, I usually zoom in and do the brush work there.

I work large masses first and when they are nice and smooth and the right volume, I start carving in the details.

I work in large low poly masses first and then go to the small details.
