Hypershot is a render software. Models can be imported as obj along with the texmap (and maybe the bumpmap too, but not sure) done with Sculptris.

Aces High is the Iron Maiden's song and Eddie is portrayed in the single's cover (correct me you Iron Maiden's fans or give me Hell! ). Eddie the Head is the band's pet just like as Vic Rattlehead from Megadeth (which is also a pretty nice character to model, maybe later).

Martian Manhunter. Cape interiors are hard to model, there's not an easy way to control the fabric thickness, so some parts of the model like the arms are partially covered. And once again, I want to create clothes with Sculptris!

Ororo - minor update. Earring added and nostril fixed.

(Sorry but some things just CAN'T be uploaded on the same post. It'd be... unethical)

Cloth/suit made with ZBrush but extracted from a Sculptris model imported as OBJ into ZBrush. I keep my request to include a similar feature in upcomings Sculptris releases, though. Meanwhile, doing things this way feels (a litle bit) like "cheating".

Now, I need sugestions on feathered wings modeling.

(Note for the newbie: you CAN'T make conformal thin clothes and parts with Sculptris. Those meshes were extracted with ZBRush and imported back into Sculptris)

    Thanks for the comment, BlackCubes.

    -o-

887060 triangles. Painting it at 2048x2048 was very laggy. I'd wish to add a second, glossy material to the hair but that would be rather prohibitive same as detailing the feathers.

    Impressive and very clean Sculpting.....BOOBS!!....ahem...yeah.
The material on the last one is a bit too bright though, details get lost.

I really wish it would be possible to pose lights freely in sculptris and not just "influcence" the look via materials.

    Anyway, some good sculpting there.

I second that, that'd be great. It was hard to find a material for this model, even the one I choose in first place didn't fit as good as I expected. I was this close to pick a toon material.

    Nice one!

I didn't know Wonder Woman died and became an angel.

One would think with such generous forms she'd need bigger wings to keep aloftjust kidding.

    Really smooth!

Isn't that a old DC-Character? I think its from the "Legion of Superheroes" right?

Quoted from a comment on the same model at DeviantArt: "(One could argue that her wings end up being a counterbalance or cantilever for them, but I'm not sure that I would.)"

Yes, she is. She's still in the Legion but with another outfit and background, I guess. DC editors like to refresh their characters from time to time and I almost quitted reading their stuff as I don't like the way they are handling the DC Universe. They are not hiring good artist anymore, they awfully lack of ideas (yet another "Crisis", more deaths and reborn, savage Kingdom Come recycling, multiple types of lanterns... I mean what's that cr@p!) and Jim Lee is the director of the DCU Online upcoming game... WTF!
