Yes. It sounds like you are one of the people who was able to upgrade fine through the Cleverbridge system, but when their server contacted ours to get a serial number for you our server was overloaded. The Cleverbridge server tries again periodically, then sends your email to you once it gets a serial number successfully.Originally Posted by Morbius
