In my case the error is that I can´t get the serial number displayed on the browser window or even the e-mail from pixologic.

This is what I get in the area where the serial number must be displayed...

Hi everybody !
I was sooooo happy to get my ZB4 upgrade info email this morning...
I clicked the link, filled in the form, got my cleverbridge number, and a "delivery issue" message. Does someone get the same ?

I got the same thing....I was so smiling till I saw that! And that it may take up to two days to resolve.

So the Fiber isn't really talked about or shown or did I miss something?
God I wish ZB was fully 64 bit maybe next time ehh?

You bring up a good point about the Fiber stuff. I haven't seen anything about it in the announcement, nor the stuff about making hair easier. Anyone have any info on it that has gotten ZB4 already?

I Keep getting:

"The email address provided does not match with the serial key provided at the time of purchase. Please try again."

They do match.

Whats the trick to get this working? I've been pressing 'Back' then pressing 'Start Activation' again, but it just keeps giving me the same error.

Thank you very much. Everything working fine so far. Any words on when the Mac users will get the web plugin for lightbox like the pc version? By the way I'm not sure how this whole thing is working but I did not get a link for the pc version I own.

2) the familiar one that others have posted about how the email function on the activation site isn't working quite right and you have to go back and try over and over until the activation key shows up on screen and is emailed to you.

Do you mean keep pressing 'Back' then 'Start Activation' or re-launching ZBrush and doing the whole thing?

I've tried both methods numerous times and it keeps telling me my email/serial do not match (even though they do match).

Will have to wait another two days most likely before I can get it resolved.

No plugins yet anyways, right?

anyone know where the new versions of plugins are?...the rare times i've managed to get onto Pixologic's page,the download center only seems to have the old versions.
