Tekkaman Blade

Hello everybody, this has been a long project of mine that I've been perfecting..
This is my take on Tatsunoko's Tekkaman Blade...The original design was essentially a person who transforms into the Tekkaman Blade, however I could never picture a person wearing it. The anatomy of Tekkaman blade was interesting but unrealistic. So from there, I took elements of car designs and concepts and carefully try to update parts but not completely taking all design aspects from the original. The base mesh were created in Maya and further modeled/textured/rendered in Zbrush. The illuminated parts were applied in photoshop.

Very nice and clean. But i think you need to define the edges and the seams of the armor.

~TLishman- You're right, I guess it was overlooked. Well, I will keep that in mind on my next project! So I decided to give it a proper background and added some smoke in photoshop! Also I have reworked the materials to make the reflections pop more for the turntable!
