Overall nice job!

You have to work on hair. Separate every phony into individual threads.
Give proper and clean hair texture. It will have to look like stick each other thread because of not combing from some years.
Hair color also not proper way. It looking like just pasted some hair textures.

Beard is looking good.

Any how I like your work. It is different from regular works.

Good work really like the hairs.
But one thing I observe.. He is more looking like "Satsang type Mahatma" and looking very sophisticated.
Like sudhanshuji maharaj.
It should be look like sadhu. for that you must add beards on his face.
these are Just suggestions what I think.
