Just to answer a few questions, Slocik I used a composite of materials worked together in photoshop. Mostly from the download center :]

Digitalsmithy, I usually only have to wait maybe 3 weeks for a print. That can fluctuate though depending on the sculpt's complexity and particular needs. Print with polypaint can take a lot longer. If you are getting it printed and cut for mass production, that will also add some time to the order.
