    hey ya'll

I'm tuning materials and doing some test renders. The reflection is outta whack and the scarf needs to be replaced completely but i thought this render had a cool feel to it.

Does it look like Bird poo on her shoulder? My map is catching a lot of reflection there.

I really like this characters eye brow bones. Lately I've been studying how
different people attack that area. Yours is really nice.

Looking great I dig the new haircut, wasn't a great fan of the previous one. Did you finished the modeling of the scarf ? Lacks some folds i think.
    Great render btw !

    Hi Guys,

Thanks for the comments, the encouragement helps me get through the tedious parts. I think this girl is on a stylized side of realism, which i like. I put some images together and, I'd like to move on to some new things. Here's what I have in the end. I'd be happy to hear what you guys think. And finished (I hope) just in time for zbrush 4!

Oh, i forgot to add this image previously. Once i had the nude anatomy i liked, i sculpted the suit onto it then retopologized with zbrush.

    Thanks.

I like the suit, however you could add more color variaton to the textures.
And what about the sword? She carries it around in her hand?

    Hi nfuchs,
I have received mixed comments on the color, some like it, some don't, in the end, it comes down to what i like. If you look, you can see the gun and sword holstered in the 4th image.

Nice, very nice ! Can't choose between the two eyes' colors, they're both great.
The only minor crit would be on the blade... doesn't look sharp and used... The gun is great, not used either but it's very less shocking.
    Good job !

I really like the scarf. It adds a certain bit of humanity to an otherwise super utilitarian combat suit. Also the little flecks of gold on the belly and waist in the first shot are really nice touches. Also the pose on the fifth shot is really nice.

And of course the blue in the joints. It's been really nice seeing this come together I really like it.
    so much to learn...
