    Default Great work Klaus

    Hello Klaus,

some great work you do, like the female figures alot.

I make sculpture http://www.a4a.com and want to use this zbrush program to help in concept work for larger scale artworks, maybe even 3d printing the small versions first. Hope I can get my head round the learning of it.

this pic below is my real claywork lifesize statue - want to be able to zbrush like this also!

    Default Noise

    John,
Look under the DEFORMATION menu. You'll find noise there.

I should add that the NOISE slider found in the DEFORMATION menu does not have the same functionality that it does in 3.5 but you should still be able to get some interesting and useful results.

    Default Rocky Surfaces

I am trying to follow the rocky surfaces tutorial in the zClassroom and I am having trouble. My planar brush doesn't seem to be responsive. Every once in awhile a stroke gets applied, but i have scribbled all over the model and most of the time the brush does nothing. Ive checked all of the usual problems, z Intensity, draw size, masks, ect. Whats interesting is that all of the other brushes work on the mesh. Am I missing something?

Have a look at the depth value in the brush menu. Maybe it is set too high?

    Default Bandwidth

Living in Europe... One of the downsides... based on where you live... Bandwidth.

With this in mind I would like to make a suggestion in regards to enhancing the services being provided in the ZClassroom. It would prove to be very advantageous to persons such as myself if it were possible to download these videos as opposed to watching them on-line. True as it may be that "there are more ways to skin a cat", I for one would prefer a straight forward method of being able to choose if I wished to watch them on line or download them.

    Kindest regards,

    -h

Default (ZB4 Mac) Can't draw straight lines using ZSketch?

    Hi,
Just followed the Zsketch tutorials and I can't draw straight lines by holding Shift + Alt like it's done in the video? I am using Mac. Are there other hotkeys for this?

    Thanks in advance.

Totally agree, I don't know if it is because of the bandwidth, but the tutorials page is unaccessible. If the Videos were available somewhere to download, it would be great.
