    Hi there,

EricShawn, EZRA52, Sebcesoir, thanks for your comments, I really appreciate.
Geert, thanks for taking a look at my flickr link. Infact we could link each other in case you are at flickr too. As for the website, I hope that I'll finally find some time to take care of that technical stuff in order to get it running.

    See ya!

A little variation - the same guy without the hat, reminds me a bit of Lobster Johnson from the Hellboy comics

Lobster Johnson dude looks cool man, nice work and solid concept. One thing you might want to improve on is the sculpting of his clothes - the wrinkles look like they've been placed haphazardly and dont follow any lines of force or flow - they should emanate from the points where they are anchored (buttons, shoulders...). Nonetheless, this doesnt detract from the character - got a lot of interest to him. Keep em coming!

Wow, great job on the texturing of the gun. Looking really good Ecthelion.

    Thanks for the comments guys.
You're right about the folds atahan, they were done quite sloppy as this is just a concept design where I focused on the overall appearance and rendering of the Steampunk character you can view on the pics before. Definitely no details at this point

    Cheers

Another great piece... lots of gorgeous glimpses of your steampunk world, I look forward to seeing more!

PS. Someone who remembers the heady days of the atari and amiga then

Default "The Cleaner" - ongoing character design

    Thanks RawSunlight and Darukin!

It's really a shame but I don't get the time to work on this one... (too much odd jobs aside to make a living...).
I'd like at least to post a small update. I changed my opinion concerning the weapons and clothes and so I'm going to give this guy a flamethrower and some other ghastly utensils a "Cleaner" might need. The flamethrower is wip, so far everything has been done in ZBrush with primitives and some shadow boxing...
