Hard to tell. What is your reference/idea - human head? fantasy?
The proportions are quite strange - the ears way to close to the frontface.
You should google and find references and compare it to your sculpt.
What I learned by now (started 2 months ago) get your basic shapes at the lowest possible subdivision level - when you finished subdivide and go more into details - if major tweaks have to be done - go back into the lower subdivision levels and move the polygons - all details remain in the upper levels so no worries about losing the details.
1. reference images
2. basic shape with lower subdivision levels
3. subdivide and start sculpting the details.
hope that helped a bit...

thanks for the tips not ideas just freehand and sculpted. I have yet to actually sculpt someone from a photo but I am going to do that I think that will be my next project. Yeah I learned zbrush is multi resolution editing or something so the changes you do at lowest subdivision level are rather subtle in the highest level. Im have been using zbrush for maybe the last month and a half learning it. I just need to keep practicing when it comes down to it. Thanks for the feedback
