    Post Top, Front, Side Views?

    Hi There
Is there a way to program the drawing window
such that you can see the Top, Front, and Side views while drawing/editing/etc.
    Thank you
    Bob G.

Hi Bob G......Welcome to ZBCentral. Not at this time there's not. To view the object your working on - Top, Bottom, Sides & Front - you can rotate it any way you want, edit it & rotate it some more. I know it's a little different than your used to, but it'll grow on you. Just remember to save often, so if you make a mistake or want to change something, you can reload it & do your thing. Have a good one..... Mark.

    Hello Bob,

    No

First thing to realize about Zbrush is it's not a 3D modeling program. While yes, it does model superbly (and models may be exported) - Zbrush is at heart a paint program. Once you've completed a model you freeze it onto the canvas then continue to other models (tools) or begin to paint. As any other paint progam - there are no other views.

I too wished (and understand the benefit) of multiple views while modeling but once you freeze your first model - you're no longer working in full 3D - the first model ceases to exist in true 3D. You've entered the brave new world of 2.5D !!!

    Welcome Bob!

Nope, you can't view in that manner (like Bryce or Poser or 3DRhino)

ZBrush does tempt you to have that ability (it does everything else). It's just a new way of thinking. Consider Painter3D with texture weapons...almost a builder but still grounded in advanced Z paint attributes.

    It'll grow on you though!

    Hi Folks
    Thanks for the response.
    Understand it aittle more, now.
Will have to learn to rotate, and save often.
    Thank you all.
    Bob G.
