Looks like you're on the right track to me Pankajchoudary . . . that's a solid start.

My only critique at this point would perhaps be your tendancy to draw the eyes a little too close together. I don't know if anyone else agrees with me - u could easily space them out a little with the move brush to see if it make a difference.
