his is an very old sketch of mine, planning over years to sculpt this one, now it was the time to make a start!!

I wil update soon...

oh, here is the first setup ... dit not like the ears on sketch.

Still thinking how to deal with the hair ... any suggestions?

So it's gonna be a Gargoyle, added a body and base, needs work on the feet, going to add some wings next.

the scupt itself is not bad at all but reeeeeeeally not the right choice of materials to display it in that last pic.
