    I would try to build up the structure from lower res mesh and then start adding details like the bumps on his head.
    Sculpting digitally is very much like painting. Broad strokes first and then refine.
    Work each level of subdivision as if it is the only level you will be able to reach. The details will flow.
    Nice work though man. Keep pushing points.
    Did you use max for the base mesh?

    thanks good advice ill try use the lower levels as much as i can pushing the detail, before i refine top levels, yeah did a base in 3D max then exported that into Z brush ^^
