Some more updates on the clothing. Trying to think of some ideas for the gloves. If anyones got some suggestions I would appreciate them.

What i meant was the fingers and the hand area in general needed a little more work

I would get on Google and look at motorcycle gloves, as they're usually pretty cool looking for inspiration.

thanks! yeah i kind of wanted to do some nice chunky gloves , motorcycle inspired sort of. Ive done a character with fingerless gloves in the past and want to try something a bit different.

If he's going to be rock climbing, fingerless is the way to go. If it's winter gear and he is wearing crampons after all, then full fingered make sense. His axe sort of looks like an ice tool, so you could take it in a mixed/ice climbing direction. More opportunity for creating wicked looking tools based on those used for ice climbing......
