AmbientShade..Hey..Thank You. Glad you enjoy a mystery and like some surprize in an image..Me Too.. Some people like and have to have everything spelled out loud and clear in the images that they enjoy, which is fine too, but I always like and enjoy the mystery and surprize that lies within an image myself...Just a personal matter of taste, as is the case with all images and how each viewer views, looks at, and see's them.
About the crop..It's the same image,..just a closer look at the area that I like the most.
You are right about having more variety in the figures...I hope to take care of that problem soon, with the arrivial of that new Clay Time feature coming out in the new version of ZBRUSH in a few days..It should make it alot easier for everything as far as sculpting goes..I'm hitting 60 years old shortly, so anything that makes it easier by being less complicated is Fantasic..I don't have the patience for over complicated technical stuff anymore,..just have the energy left to create what I enjoy, see in my minds eye, and doing it in a way that I enjoy..

I was looking up the word Mammon today, just for the hell of it, and stumbled upon this image posted below...The chinese God / Mammon of Wealth riding a tiger...Got me to thinking, and playing with my own version...Just the initial thought here so far..but it is captured in visual form anyway..Who knows where it will lead to...but i'll have fun, and will enjoy finding out...and that is what sketchbooks are for..at least mine anyway..

Interesting last series SD. Very nice unique compositions.
About this mammon statue, chinese. I can't find any other view angles of it but can I use it as reference?
I found a lot of other mammon chinese statues, great art BTW.
I have to start working on these, "our" monsters SD, no zombies, zombies are the poor guys out there, no aliens, they live among us or they don't exist. But "our" nightmares exist. And they became 'our' all right, not just mine. Sorry for my poor english.

You work is getting brighter and brighter color wise, I found my self blinking at it. Also this last bit after the coal miners is sharp, and par of it reminds me of some things Im in the middle of trying to learn in one of the tutorials, you seem to have it down.... If ZBC hadent done this very weird thing to their website I might have made some progress this afternoon, but I have been looking at a lot of threads and finding them damaged.

    Also this might interest you:

Do you know the google trick of dragging imaged into the search thingy?
Go to google images and drag any image off your desk top onto their search box and see what pops up, its rather neat!
    nope...
I don't know what I'm doing but I'm doing it anyway.

Hey, "place in line", don't forget this. LOL
the new site is unstable for the moment, they do some fine tuning I guess.
Now you can post larger pictures in line, not just as thumbnails, color profiles are fine again and this ugly sharpening effect stopped.
Resizing of the general window size works again.

What I haven't find so far is a delete button under the uploader.

    I think you broke it.
you seem to have 95 pages but I can only get to page 94.... maybe this message will make 95 work... or perhaps it will dangle off the edge and flap in the breeze somewhere just out of reach....
    nope...

Hey Mealea..LOL...I ran across that page dangle in the wind problem alot on other peoples threads also..Just one of the many bugs that need to be exterminated I guess...I tried to get the Spotlight tutorial in the ZBRUSH Classroom section to work this morning..it's out of order also, along with all of the other older tutorials in that Classroom section of ZBRUSH...I was going to texture the fish critter that is in this latest post, but I guess it will have to wait until that bug in the system is also exterminated...I press shift + Z in my program, and nothing happens, so I don't know if the Spotlight feature is all together out of order, or if it's just me..
Anyway, just having some fun dreaming this morning, while waiting for things to get back in order...LOL

Its just Z no shift.... also the best video for getting going with spotlight is on Youtube, its a tiny preview of some commercial tutorial but he gives away the best part in the first few moments: painting on objects and adjusting size and transparency:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JhBs...ature=youtu.be

In this one you can even see what he is clicking on unlike most tutorials where the mouse is a blur and the menus flash around so fast you cant see what was done.

And I'm seeing the page thing all over the place too....

    Oh yah, Good Morning!
    nope...
