Andrew Jarvis..Thank You.. I start out with 3D meshes, but i'm a 2D Painter at heart, so my works are always geared toward 2D Paintings.
Moving the 3D models around and being able to pose them, and see them from all the different angles works great for what i'm after.
Animation is great, and I really admire the people who do it, but it's just not my cup of tea....
Painting a work that I can hang on a wall and view while I sit and get lost in it for awhile at my own liesure and pace is what I really enjoy the most when it comes to Art...Just old fashioned I guess,..but I am old, ..so I guess i've earned that right, and also have lived long enough to know what I enjoy the most..

One more color study for the road before I call it a day with this painting..He rode a black horse..I got that fact correct in this version, plus I like the blue shadows..Learned alot from all of these color studies on this piece..Some I like better than others,..but learned something new with each one...and that will help with my next piece, whatever it may be..hopefully..

Story...Emiliano Zapata and his Southern Division army going down into Mexico City to reclaim their freedoms and their lands from the abusive powers that stole their lands from them, and then enslaved them upon that same land that was stolen.

I was just thinking about how the European Christians came over to what is now Mexico and destroyed the Aztec Empire, and then built their church on top of the Aztec Temple, and how their church is now sitting on top of the ruines of the Aztec Spirit in the center of Mexico City.

Michalis..Thank You About the cars..I have been experimenting with a Photo Montage technique..Photo's are something that i've never used in my works, but I can see lots of possibilities in expressing thoughts by incorporating them into my works...sort of in the style of this Artist that I greatly admire for his mastery of this Photo Montage technique...link posted below.

Anyway, ..As you can see below, the cars are in the photo that i've been experimenting with in these last few works that i've done..An interesting contrast between the old and new world I think..That's why i'm keeping them in tthe latest two peices that i'm working on..
