Taking a break from the fight scene for a minute this morning to do a little futher exploration with the standard basic material and what it can do with the material modifiers in conjuction with the lights in ZBRUSH.
I've never tried to modify the basic material, and never knew the possibilities of that material, until now that is...Pretty awesome possibilities..

    Basic material /Light Study/experiment
Has the feel and look of a traditional oil painting,..to me anyway....which is what i'm after in my works.

yes, it has an oilpainting feeling :-) only thing missing is that we could see the traces the bristles of the brush do, maybe you can get this with a directional noise. just an idea for exploring... i like the expeirment

awesome new works in your sketchbook Glenn, I totally love your boxing works. How do you do them? Are you making the pose in ZBrush and then paint it in Photoshop/Corel? You should definantly take part at this challenge(http://cghub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10248)
Really I was stunned by your current work, looked at over 6 pages new work, that is crazy mate! Always a pleasure seeing your work and hearing from you aswell! Thanks and happy sculpting!
