Great sculpting SpiritDreamer, you are doing a great work. I think both
pieces just need more brighter areas in the composition.
This one looks great, I think it just needs a little bit more light.
I also like the wolf rider

Nice idea for the grizzly fight, but the poses/anatomy isn't very convincing. They look more like they fell down while playing pat-a-cake rather than fighting to the death.

Usually one backs down.
If you have any ideas for improvements, i'd be glad to hear them,...I'm just starting this piece, so now is the time for constructive suggestions, if you have any..
The link below is to a few refferences that i'm studying to get the gesture that i'm after for this fight scene.

I was lacking a better term. Maybe "an epic battle" would have worked better.
Anyways, that last one fixed most of the things I felt were weird, mainly the arm length and the chubby look they had (chubbier than normal bears
.)
Just some work on the faces and claws would improve this vastly, but I'm sure you already knew that. Actually, the legs need to bulked up and lengthened a bit, too. They look stubby right now.
