I think the last one is the best so far. It shows that you are starting to try to understand facial anatomy. A good way is to break it down into planes like this:

Be patient pal... you need to focus a little more in your art's quality and not in submitting a lot of unfinished sculpts.... try to spend a month in just one sculpt and you'll see that it will even impress yourself....

Another suggestion would be to learn the basics of a traditional modeling app, so that you can learn later how to retpologize your models, render them, or even animate them.
Blender is a great choice, and it's free!

guys i am a little confused about what 3d software i need to learn all peope says that maya is the best because you know god of war and ilm use it and alot of projects but some others says that softimage xsi is the best because his used by alex oliver and for alot of things
i know that you gonna say its not important the software but the artist behind it but wich software has alot of learning ressources and communties and has a user freindly interface and thanks

but zbrush will be always the best software ever

well XSI has a Mod Tools version that is the full version of XSI for non commercial use. Maya nor 3dsMax offer that. So if you want a professional program for free go with that.
