Here one new up, started to make the overall shape of the hair about 10 minutes ago, the whole model need's so much work, the hair, face, gloves, boots.. ahh, almost forget need to model a bow and a short sword (and improve the belt).

One more up. This time I just worked on the face but still need to improve the mouth. Ah, and I decided to make this model in highpoly, so, the hair will be made on maya, the current hair is just a dummy.

-Remade all the head/ears to give him a younger apperance
-Basic block of the color to help me to see where I'll go
-Started to make the hands

To do on the next up:

-Redo the boots and add details
-Leave the hands at the same level of the head
-Redo the cloak

You should break the symmetry of the folds on is skirt(?), having symmetrical folds on the middle of the character makes it less believable.
