Hi all

Long time no post, unfortunately little time these days
Anyhow I recently slapped together a cover-like photo of my artworks that constitute the story/world I'm creating. More about that later hopefully.

Either way, these are all from previous works but they constitute elements of this sci-fi/fantasy universe (I've been inventing this for over 10 years in my mind in fact).
Central pyramid is more of a thematic element (it all culminates to something doesn't it ^^)

@Etcher: Thanks! In fact I'm now in collaboration with a graphic novel artist Ray Dillon - www.raydillon.com, for this world/story! Stay on the lookout for work from us - which I will post progress here.

@Nyx702 - I went through with it, but someone else must've gotten the job ^^ - I also didnt have the 3 years industry experience required, but they put me through to art test anyways so that's good.

@Jonboywalton82: hopefully more to come soon ^^

@Clintus: Great to hear. Can't wait for Heart of Swarm. I'm a toss player personally

Furthermore, I'm to host a 3D workshop with Zillionarts so stay on the lookout for that too ^^

Hi all long time no post

News: Submitted a research paper for SIGGRAPH - if accepted, will link here, and hope to see some of you at SIGGRAPH in Anaheim, July

Secondly - I have begun recording a DVD workshop for a new project - it is still early WIP but here is some progress of head so far:
My first project since Zbrush 4R2
Loving micromesh and curve tool - completely speeds workflow!

Nice work, but there is way too much dead space in the images in my opinion,
I like the fact that the top part look like a crown, Is it on purpose?

Yes fast work, very early WIP so far.

Nice observation, didn't mean to make it look like crown, but did intend a more boss-like dominant look

McNistor: Ah, too bad - will try to keep eye out on image size from now, I've noticed I overdo size sometimes
But in the meantime here's another update of the 'mediocre' art (you say that it's 'mediocre by the way' but not sure what the purpose of this, as in I should give up? regardless I make this art as I enjoy it)
