I'd like to show you a wip i'm working on since im looking for c&C
This is Matsumoto i'm modeling. He's one of my favorite japanese comediants from the show Gaki no Tsukai. My objective is to make him as realistic as i can, and if possible, not resorting to photosourcing to make the texture(there are no big photos of him to start with)and try to make everything hand painted(let's see if i can make it to the end). but the most important is end result.
I still dont think he looks very realistic so far. the textures are very wip and color dont match yet. i'm still modeling the suit, and anotherthing i think ill be doing next is to use HD sculpt to make better bump for his skin.

when you add in a ton more detail, it'll get closer. I think the basic structure looks pretty good. See if you can find some really really close close-ups so you can get the texture of his face. If I remember right, he has some acne irregularities. also, I think the point of his chin may be just a shade narrower than your model, but not by much at all. Check out a profile of his nose as well as I don't think it's quite a down-pointing as yours...
Looking at your ref again, I'd also say his head is the slightest tilted to the left, so you may need to check more refs to make sure on that.

Edit oops! also the back of his head is a little more round as well, where yours seems slightly more oblong. look at the angle of negative space where the head and ear meet.
