Do I dare uninstall 3.5 yet? So confused, my head hurts!
Did you read the text immediately under the link you're trying to click? It specifically says what's going on.

The link can only be used once. The purpose of the link was to create your ZBrush 3.5 account. Now that you have an account, the link is meaningless.

After you upgraded, you got a second email from cleverbridge. This one has your reference number in the subject line. It has your serial number. And it has a download link that CAN still be used.

    Hi Minty,

I had to do a search of my emails to find the exact one.. you get 3 emails and this one was in my suspect email folder. This is who it came from exactly in the sent by cleverbridge / Pixologic
and it had a title like this..I have removed my reference no.
Reference #: Your ZBrush 3.5 for Windows (single license) registration

Look for those things in both your inbox and maybe your suspect folder and hopefully you will find it.

Yep, that's the one I was trying to use. For some reason none of the links work in it. hover over them and unable to click them. every other email I have with links are okay.

Did read it n-drew. For some reason the link I have in that email doesn't work at all. Thanks for your input though.

And what if you copy and paste the link into your browser and try to go there?

I ran into a similar issue with my recent e-mail in that the "download" link either did not work or was simply non-existent. However, at the top of this e-mail (containing the Cleverbridge ref#, order info, serial #, etc.) I noticed a line indicating something to the affect that should the e-mail not be displayed correctly "click here" to view e-mail using your browser. After doing this, I was taken to the appropriate download page.

Again, Im not sure if this is what you are experiencing, but you might check it out if nothing else seems to work.

Thanks guys for the advice. It's just not happening.

The links don't work in the email and when I hover over the 'links' to see what their path names are, to try and paste them into my browser, nothing comes up (even when I hover over or try and click the link that states 'If the e-mail is not displayed correctly, please click here to open the email in your web browser.'

I've even tried to forward it on to another e-mail account to see if I could use the links in that with no luck.

I'll probably try and give it another bash tomorrow. Cheers again. Nothing to do with not reading the instructions, just one of those days lol!

Wormholes were first introduced to the public over a century ago in a book written by an Oxford mathematician. Perhaps realizing that adults might frown on the idea of multiply connected spaces, he wrote the book under a pseudonym and wrote it for children. His name was Charles Dodgson, his pseudonym was Lewis Carroll, and the book was Through The Looking Glass. ***8212; Michio Kaku
