I would be grateful for a reply to help with the original request instead of being directed to another thread.

This thread is the one explaining how to download the update and should be the one to answer queries when it is not possible to download

This would be fine, but my download link has expired. I've contacted Cleverbridge to reactivate the link, but I will have to wait until tomorrow now for a reply from them, as I didn't even know about this update until 8pm and their offices shut at 6pm

    Hello, zbrushers and pixologic.

I have a little suggestion about what could be changed in ZB 3.5

Right now we have way more tools, which is good... But at the moment we have such a big mass of them, that I (for example) get lost in... Since I'm not used to the new brush list, it takes my a while to fin a brush i need.

I suggest to group brushes... For example, group the smooth brushes, and make you select the right smooth brush when you click on "Smooth brush".

I think that would make it look way cleaner.

A good solution in the meantime is making a custom menu with the brushes you use most, the lazymouse settings, and the stroke options. Map this to a hotkey and your all set.

    Well, yeah...
But wouldn't it be better if every new user wouldn't have to manually clean everything up himself?

oh man, when is it coming for mac!?
I have a feeling that it won't be too long though, that any day I will see the announcement: 3.5 for Mac released!
    But oh well, until then...

Anyone know how to extract a cavity map since Zmapper dissapeared?

    I cannot find it anywhere.

Seems like a common feature, I thought it would be easier to find. I saw some one else post the same question in this thread but didn't see any reply.

    Anyone know?

Right now you can create a cavity map in the Masking Sub-Palette and then go to the Texture Map menu and click the New from Masking.

Thank you Gabo1991. I prefer the control zmapper gave (even though similar results can be achieved).

I am still not able to find Check UV's to see if any of my UV's overlap. Any idea where that one got hidden? Thanks again Gabo1991

The UV overlap check is in the Texture Map menu. It is called New from UV Check.
